Welcome to my site! Here, I combine my expertise as a Senior Instructional Designer and Learning Strategist with a passion for continuous growth. Inspired by business management consultant Dr. Bud Bilanich, who says, "Learn faster than the world changes," I am dedicated to evolving in this ever-changing landscape. I am currently in the dissertation phase of my PhD program at Capella University. My journey also includes earning a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Adult Education, Instructional Design, and Training from the University of Phoenix, as well as a minor in Human Resources Management.
